The unit was big for what it was and was a corner unit so a lot of sunlight, the building is only 2 floors so not a lot of noise. The building itself is old, the appliances were replaced but still not very new Not a lot of amenities, and only 2 washers and 2 drivers for the entire building which was annoying at times. There is a little garden/bbq area in the back which was nice
