Website reviews combine five equally weighted ratings: maintenance, noise, safety, value for money, and management. Published questionnaire reviews may also include cleanliness; each response is scored using its available active criteria. Ratings accompany written feedback. We show scores out of 5, and only published reviews contribute. We do not publish private account names, email addresses, or exact unit numbers. Reviews are anonymous by default; a nickname appears only when the author opts to display it.

Experiences, not guarantees.

Reviews describe individual experiences and are not independently verified. Conditions change, and different units can feel very different. Use reviews to prepare better questions when you visit.
