A curated Toronto Rental Property Directory.
MyRentScore uses objective building and address metadata from the City’s Apartment Building Registration and Apartment Building Evaluation datasets, associated with RentSafeTO. Registration supplies the core rental apartment seed; evaluation metadata only enriches matching registered buildings. City inspection scores are excluded.
MyRentScore does not maintain a complete Toronto address directory. Rental condos can enter through approved user submissions or admin additions. Missing-search demand helps administrators prioritize research; it never automatically approves a building. This directory does not cover every Toronto rental, condo, house, or basement apartment. A missing result does not mean a building is illegitimate. Submit a missing building for verification.
Tenant scores belong to tenants.
Selected residential records from the City’s Registered Residential & Non-Residential Condominiums dataset add condo building addresses. Its current published inventory covers registrations from 2002–2018. These buildings may contain individually rented units; their inclusion does not mean the entire building is rental. Non-residential records are excluded. User and admin submissions fill newer buildings and other gaps.
Tenant reviews, rent reports, ratings and MyRentScore scores are user-generated and are not provided or endorsed by the City of Toronto. City evaluation scores are not imported or included in MyRentScore.
Only the useful building details.
We retain source identifiers, addresses, available postal prefixes or postal codes, unit counts, property type, coordinates when supplied, and source update dates. Missing building names and other unavailable fields remain blank. We do not store property polygons, raw municipal responses, ownership details, or inspection scores.
Search queries run against MyRentScore’s database. Google is used only for optional account sign-in; no paid Google location APIs are used.
